Every 3rd Saturday we gather in the Fellowship Hall at 8AM to gather food and assemble lunches for those who are in need of a decent meal. Currently we are delivering lunches that we make to Beacon House at the Rescue Mission in Frederick, and the Weinberg Housing and Resource Center in Baltimore.

Each month we communicate our needs for food and supplies and all are invited to participate in the mission. Children and youth along with their parents understand the gift of mercy through the corporal works of giving drink to the thirsty and food to the hungry. We recycle the packaging J.

Please review the list of what we include and for which we seek donations to assemble 500 lunches:

Lunch meat: sliced bologna, turkey and ham Sliced Bread Sliced Cheese
Mayonnaise and Mustard packs Fruit cups Fruit drinks
#8 Paper Lunch bags Plastic Spoons Napkins
Sandwich bags Sweet Desserts Salty Snacks

We invite set-up crews to arrive at 7:30 AM and clean-up to assist until 9:15 AM

We encourage lead persons to direct the morning assemblage from intro, to prayer to send-off.

We invite those who would be able to drive and deliver 10 large bags of lunches to Frederick and 15 large bags of lunches to Baltimore to contact our youth ministry office
